Ignoring what motivates your audience to attend is impacting your event's growth potential.
Put your audience under the spotlight in this 2-week event audience building intensive.
Because you don’t want “just anyone” at your event.
You’ve been running your event for a while now. You’ve got data. You’ve got an audience. You’ve got something worth showing up for.
But your marketing still feels like guesswork.
You’re posting, emailing, promoting, but you’re not convinced it’s landing with the right people.
Whether it’s a free or ticketed event, you need peace of mind that your marketing is reaching the right people and they’ll show up on the night.
You want the people who:
- Book early
- Bring their friends
- Come back again and again
- and just LOVE attending your event
Real people, real motivations, and real growth potential.
At the end of our Audience Spotlight intensive, I won’t give you “yet another 30-page PDF” that you have no idea what to do with…
You’ll get direction, decisions, and ready-to-use assets.
You’ll walk away with:
- A clear view of who your most valuable audience actually is
- A defined audience persona and what drives them to book
- A sharp positioning statement you can use across your website, PR and social bios
- A focused buyer journey approach (warm up, tempt or sell — chosen strategically)
- 12 social media posts for one platform, ready to use
- 6 sales emails you can send or adapt immediately
This is what you can expect when we work together

Before getting you booked in, let’s have a chat about your event and your current audience. Fill in the enquiry form, and I’ll send over a meeting scheduler so we can get booked in.
Step 1: Pre-Show Prep
Pre-project questionnaire
Before we begin, you’ll complete a questionnaire about your audience so I can get under the hood of your event, your audience, and your current marketing.
Step 2: Review
Week 1
I’ll review your audience data, marketing messaging, and current positioning to find the gaps, the opportunities, and the patterns you might be missing.
Step 3: Build
Week 2
Behind the scenes, I’ll turn up the volume on your audience and messaging and get everything ready for you to use straight away.
Step 4: Handover
30-minute call
We’ll finish with a handover call, where I’ll walk you through everything so you know exactly how to use it to maximise your sell-out potential. I’ll keep it jargon-free (if that’s what you need).
Extended Support
7 days
We’ll communicate throughout the project via Slack, and you’ll get an extra 7 days of extended support after the final handover.

What Others Say about working with me
Frequently Asked Questions
How soon before my event should i book a review?
I recommend booking at the very least 6-months before your event to give your audience time to establish and get warmed up before they become loyal ticket buyers. The longer you have before your event, the better!

How long does the process take?
We’ll have a 2-week slot to work together on this project. From the moment I have all your answers and assets required in the pre-show prep questionnaire, I can get started. (n.b. delayed questionnaire submission may impact final handover and delivery).
Do you offer payment plans?
You can pay in full or pay two instalments. The first instalment is made after signing the contract. The remainder is due the day before the project starts.
Do I need to have lots of audience data?
You don’t need perfect data, but you do need at least 2 years’ worth of audience insight to work from.
What platform will you write the social media posts for?
This will depend on two things! Firstly, which platforms are you currently on and are comfortable with. And which platforms your core audience is using.
What's the difference between Audience Spotlight and Sell-Out Strategy?
Audience Spotlight is a focused intensive to get clarity and momentum on your audience, one audience persona built from your data, and is paired with a mini strategy and messaging copy starters.
Whereas the Sell-Out Strategy is a full 6-month strategy built, with 3 audience personas, a full action plan and 2 months’ worth of messaging copy.

Your Cultural Event Strategist
Hi, I'm Jess
Audience-focused marketing strategist for cultural events, festivals and tours, equally excited by a sold-out programme and the moment your audience tells everyone about your event down the pub.
I help event professionals turn their marketing from a last-minute scramble into a strategy that actually fills seats, builds buzz, and brings the right people through the doors.
Because when people are choosing how to spend their downtime (and spare pennies), it’s not just about what’s on, when and where. It’s about how attending events makes them feel before they even arrive.
And you deserve more than a half-filled room and a hopeful marketing plan. You deserve an event that people talk about, come back to, and bring others with them.
You need the right message, in front of the right people, at the right time.
Book Audience Spotlight now and start marketing your event with clarity and confidence.
