All of your box office tech & systems - sorted & streamlined in 3 weeks

GIVE YOUR BRAIN SPACE TO SWITCH OFF DURING BOX OFFICE LAUNCH

You’re up all night the day before tickets go on sale, making sure all your tech is talking to each other

What a faff that is! You’re already exhausted from all the planning, launch marketing and experience building for your audience.

Not to mention making sure all your suppliers, venue staff, and sponsors are all happy.

And now you’ve got to figure out all the behind-the-scenes integrations yourself, like making sure your audience actually gets the email confirmation!

You need to know you can log off, enjoy your evening, and everything is working seamlessly in the background.

  • Your website is up to date, glitch-free, and converts ticket buyers.
  • Your audience’s ticket buying experience is seamless, branded and in your tone of voice as well as exciting.
  • You’ve got a high-converting abandoned cart process.
  • Your CRM is collecting ticket buyers’ information correctly and organising it neatly for you.
  • Last year’s audience is ready to buy tickets again from the moment your box office opens.
  • Your box office platform is talking to you and giving you the updates you need to see (and filtering out the ones you don’t).
  • Each new ticket holder will automatically receive emails to keep them excited and up to date with your event
  • You have a campaign dashboard set up to track your marketing and sales performance.

And most importantly, you have time to spare to fine-tune the more exciting stuff (or even have a day off!)

and that's where I come in...

Hi, I'm Jess!

I've got a beady eye for consistency and a secret love affair with the audience experience before anyone even step foot inside your event.

When your marketing feels like a last-minute scramble and is getting all too overwhelming, I step into the ring to turn it into a strategy that actually fills seats, builds buzz, and brings the right people through the doors.

Because when people are choosing how to spend their downtime (and spare pennies), it’s not just about what’s on, when and where. It’s about how attending events makes them feel before they even arrive.

And you deserve more than a half-filled room and a hopeful marketing plan. You deserve an event that people talk about, come back to, and bring others with them.

Your behind-the-scenes powerhouse where everything gets built, automated, organised and optimised in time for your box office launch

giving you free time to focus on the fun stuff!

  • You’re hosting an event, festival or releasing tour dates in the next 4-6 months and have your event copy and visuals ready to go.
  • You always find it a mammoth task to get all the tech bits behind-the-scenes set up before box office launches.
  • You may have a marketing team (or maybe it’s just you!) that is stretched with the actually sales and marketing of your event and you need a fresh pair of eyes to cross the T’s.
  • You never seem to capture enough data from your ticket buying audience and miss the opportunity to retarget them the next year.
  • You have no idea what tools and platforms you can use to streamline your work so it isn’t so manual, or
  • You’re using far too many tools, spending a lot of money on tech, and nothing’s talking to each other properly.
  • You panic the night before box office launches that you audience will be able to buy the darn ticket in the first instance.
How it works
  • Book your spot (there’s only one available per month)
  • I’ll then send you an onboarding questionnaire to collect the copy and key information I need to build each element for you.
  • We’ll then meet up for a tech handover, where you’ll give me access to all your behind-the-scenes platforms
  • I’ll work behind the scenes over the next three weeks setting everything up, integrating and optimising, and adding in all the wonderful automations that’ll save you hours of manual work.
  • During the 3 weeks, I’ll keep you updated, and we’ll communicate through Slack
  • We’ll wrap up with a 60-minute call, and I’ll hand over your Box Office build.
  • You’ll get a further 2 weeks of support with me on Slack so I can support you during the launch.
